Hello, no both realms are up, but there appears to be a problem with login server, that is why you and other players are unable to connect. - - - Updated - - - You should be able to logon now, problem was fixed. Closed.

Try to do the following: Few players have experienced this problem before and this video solved the problem. Let us know of results.

Hello, if I understand correctly you are unable to log in-game on your main account, but you are able to do it on another account. I suggest you check your account information here (ban part).

Reason why you are not able to access your account in-game is because it's permanently banned for usage of 3rd party programs. Make sure to follow PandaWoW Rules so same thing doesn't happen to your other accounts :) Closed.

Please logon on PandaWoW Website and post below a screenshot which shows that you are not banned.
