Here, Garrosh is healed to 60% health. When Phase 3 Ends Garrosh teleports everyone in the raid to Phase 4 - Stormwind. If the player who last had aggro in Phase 3 hasn't spawned/loaded yet once Garrosh "activates/aggros" then Garrosh "resets/disappears", because "he thinks raid has wiped."
