First of all, I'd recommend you to repair your characters from website and delete folder cache from your wow inventory. Then try to run pandawow-32 as administrator and log-in. If that won't help reboot both pc and router and try to reconnect.

Can you log-in at fun realm but you can't at x100 or you can't log-in both realms?

I am sure that developers have the skills to make something like this but it won't happen because server is blizzlike and of course it would be better if developers spend their time on fixing major PvP & PvE bugs instead of creating a feature like this.
