Yep, it's finished and will be applied on heroic difficulty release Wednesday. You'll notice the following changes: - Corrected path issues for each https://db.pandawow.me/?npc=73972. - Fixed an issue due to which https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=145217 (maze walls) did not inflict any damage or give +5 pride to player. - https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=148705 (teleport effect) now has 4 possible destination locations (used to be 1 fixed position). - Fixed cast time for https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=146823 (main spell cast done by boss). I also reworked the way this phase is initialized. That will solve the issue why would a player ever spawn on https://db.pandawow.me/?npc=73972 at the start of it

In your opinion what's reasonable time for a new player to obtain Legendary Cloak? And yes, we are quite careful before doing changes to this system, getting the Legendary Cloak is progression after all just like fully upgrading your PvE gear or getting full arena gear -> the speed how fast you will get it depends on the effort you put in, which is player's personal thing. Completely simplifying this process will decrease the value of this item for players who put effort in getting it

So what you're saying is every new player should receive Legendary Cloak upon logging in? I really fail to see how is it a requirement to get into raids, especially for Flex or Normal Mode. All the Legendary Cloak quest items drop in Siege of Orgrimmar as of Patch 5.4, you are not obligated to do any of previous raids. Also, https://db.pandawow.ru/?item=94594 quest is before you receive the item level 600 cloak, not after it The only players with Legendary Cloak now are the ones who have been actively playing. And I think it's fair in a progression based game? More catch up mechanics will come in Patch 5.4.8, when players will receive +2 equipment upgrades in PvE / Season 15 gear in PvP

We have discussed these suggestions internally within the team, tomorrow you can already expect the following changes to take effect: - Increased "bonus drop chance" for https://db.pandawow.me/?item=87208, https://db.pandawow.me/?item=87209, https://db.pandawow.me/?item=94593, https://db.pandawow.me/?item=94594 as the questline's chapter becomes "older". (System itself already existed, the % however was increased). - In addition, also increased the bonus % player receives if he has already completed the questline on one character on the account (x100 realm). - Increased Legendary Item bonus drop % from https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=161780. - https://db.pandawow.ru/?item=87210 & https://db.pandawow.ru/?item=94867 will now also drop from current raid tier final boss on any difficulty (https://db.pandawow.ru/?npc=68397 in Patch 5.2 & Patch 5.3 / https://db.pandawow.ru/?npc=71865 in Patch 5.4 & Patch 5.4.8). Discussed with Deadmouse. I can suggest to add a realm-based account wide unlock here. Players who have completed full Legendary Questline at least once on x100 on their account will be able to buy https://db.pandawow.ru/?item=87210 & https://db.pandawow.ru/?item=94867 on every next character from https://db.pandawow.ru/?npc=70436. What do you think?

Shortly after the release of x100 few custom adjustments were done to Personal Loot (Bonus Loot / World Bosses / LFR / Legendary Cloak). Basically, as the content becomes more and more "outdated", the chances to receive the given loot increases, for example https://db.pandawow.me/?item=87208 & https://db.pandawow.me/?item=87209 have a higher base drop chance in Patch 5.1 than Patch 5.0.5, even higher in Patch 5.2 and so on. Another thing that was added was bonus drop chance for all Legendary Questline items for players who have completed full questline on at least one character on the account (realm-based). I do like the idea to add https://db.pandawow.me/?item=94594 for all Siege of Orgrimmar bosses

So for this boss only I changed the way this mechanic will be handled. Usually these kind of bosses try to find a new victim in melee range before using the "no targets in melee range" mechanic. From now on Sha of Pride will no longer do that, instead his melee attack will be "replaced" by https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144774 as long as his primary target is not in melee range. So he will no longer try to switch target (unless taunted) Will be applied after update

To conclude what has changed after this report: - All pets will now have the same amount of https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144421 as their owner (this fixes the issue where pets inflicted less damage than expected). - https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144452 is now also applied on pets. - Tank damage taken reduction value from https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144452 changed from 25% to 15%. - Healer healing increase value from https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144452 changed from 25% to 30%. - Removed additional 25% damage done bonus from https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144452 for damage dealers (they already inflict +25% damage to boss due to having 0 https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=14442). Will be applied after update

In addition I also corrected the re-calculation of https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144421 on pets based on the corruption level their owner has. But before applying this I would like to do some research first on retail to understand if the way damage is currently calculated based on player's https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144421 is correct, right now at 0 corruption there's a 25% damage modifier coming from https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144421 and additional 25% from https://www.wowhead.com/spell=144452/purified

The issue here was the following, on release Heroic Norushen worked a bit differently: - https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144452 is now infinite as long as you have 0 corruption. On release it had a 90 second duration, and player did not lose the buff once he gained corruption. Also the duration timer refreshed as long as player had 0 corruption. So you could gain corruption and still have the buff for the remaining duration time. - every https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144479 bolt the player soaked gained +5 corruption. On the second heroic weekly lockout this mechanic was changed -> the buff became permanent and player now lost it whenever he gained corruption. Also https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144479 no longer gave corruption to the player who soaked it. So the issue today is that player does not lose https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144452 (permanent buff version) on heroic difficulty whenever he gains corruption, which prevents him from entering https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=144724. Changes will be applied after update

Any information about tanks and healers? For example should tank's pets receive the 25% damage increase effect or -25% damage taken reduce effect (buff ID is the same in all cases, it's just a different effect for each role)

You mean before last server update? This part was not changed at all in a very long time. Regardless, I see the reason why, will look into it

From the information I have gathered -> 15 seconds after the encounter starts, and then every 70 seconds boss sends in 4 players. The combination of roles seems to be the following: - 1 Tank, 1 Healer, 2 DPS - 0 Tanks, 1 Healer, 3 DPS - 1 Tank, 0 Healers, 3 DPS - 0 Tanks, 0 Healers, 4 DPS After checking multiple videos, it looks like the encounter tries to cleanse 1 tank, 1 healer and 2 dps in an ideal case (except for first round -> tank is not sent here). Targets for each group are selected based on their corruption level (the higher the corruption, the higher the chance you will be selected). If there are no tanks or healers to be selected, these slots are filled by DPS (only with condition that there is someone remaining with corruption). In case less than 5 players are alive -> nobody is selected (to prevent the encounter from evading)
