  1. Were you in combat while performing your test? This is one of the conditions currently:
  2. Checked with author. Conclusion: - Stack of https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=136904 is already not applied when melee attack from was boss not successful (dodged, parried...); - Player can avoid to receive https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=136922 debuff while under the effect of https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=1022. In case https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=136922 was already applied https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=1022 will not remove it - https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=136922 is not considered as periodic damage, so https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=114039 reduces damage only by 10%. No information currently that suggests this is not correct For now closing this ticket
  3. Fixed, will be applied after update
  4. By default both spells (https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=133597 & https://db.pandawow.me/?spell=133598) have SPELL_ATTR0_NO_IMMUNITIES, which means they can not be removed by immunities. Do you possibly have a video where we can see this described behaviour in action? So far I have not been lucky in finding it
  5. Second boss phase (when he starts using https://www.wowhead.com/spell=131813/wind-bomb) also reduces the cooldown of his "first phase" ability timers such as https://www.wowhead.com/spell=122407/rain-of-blades & https://www.wowhead.com/spell=121896/whirling-blade
  6. Your description of expected result is clearly false here. There is no such thing as random target selection for this spell, if there would be - you would see boss turning at a random player every time the spell is casted... good luck stealing the stun buff when you have zero clue which way is he gonna turn. Look at the videos @Silent added above and tell me why boss did not turn to a random player there a single time? Clearly because the logic why would boss turn is something other than "select random player". Normally these kind of cases require further study, at the current state this report is fake.
  7. Let's look at your own video - timestamps: 5:43 & 6:36. To which player exactly is boss turning to here? Nobody is even standing there. Review your report
  8. Actually, that spell is just placed on 1 player and after that it should just jump on nearest mogu creature which is nothing more than an additional visual element to the encounter
  9. Sounds like a perfect time to call DBM addon mastermind himself - Selendis
  10. - https://www.wowhead.com/item=71086/dragonwrath-tarecgosas-rest is a CATACLYSM legendary. The effect was disabled on purpose on this server if you use it on a character that is above level 85 approximately 2 years ago. Same goes for similar items / effects - https://www.wowhead.com/item=94532/rune-of-re-origination is a PANDARIA trinket. So if it does not work currently as it used to work in 5.4 retail -> open a ticket
  11. You are currently mixing up legacy items with items that are previous tier, yet current expansion, which are still considered as "gear"
  12. The effects of legacy legendaries were disabled on purpose if your character exceeds the level of the expansion when it was current
  13. In other words, Thok should have high base movement speed whenever he is in phase 1 (like any other boss does to prevent him from being kited, of course, not talking about few exceptions), and a reduced base movement speed whenever he is in phase 2 until the moment he stops chasing players (applies fixate on one of three possible prisoners)
  14. The amount of problems this mop system had that were never solved or properly analysed what is the expected result in each case.... I doubt you want it back
  15. That spell most likely has minimal amount of players it has to hit on each difficulty with tanks being last in priority to avoid the fiasco Garrosh encounter had where mind control was never placed on tank and allowed the boss to be soloed or done with x tanks, completely ignoring the mechanic
  16. The way it should work is fairly simple: Encounter Ends / Starts -> Everyone on Conveyor Belt should be teleported down to Main Platform. The behaviour between Main Platform and Conveyor belt should be something similar to smoke bomb effect (so if rogue tries to use shadowstep from Main Platform to Conveyor / Vice Versa, then he should receive error message: "your Vision of the target is obscured"); Once a wave of weapons reaches the end of belt - Blackfuse should pull all players standing on it back to main platform. There should be total of 12 waves of weapons, with 13th being special berserk weapons to wipe the raid. About Demonic Circles:
  17. Here we go again :sammyyPepekek:
  18. This drama got a bit funny. I'll tell you a secret that everyone here knows except some special people - the developers here do not play the game, so how on earth do you expect them to know about the current status of some boss without players like you informing them in private message or creating a bug report about the issue? Currently I'm talking only about this specific case, so don't go and quote me when it comes to Throne of Thunder reports or whatever. Clearly if nobody can provide a detailed report about issues on let's say Immerseus (which you still didn't answer anything about in your posts), yet the only thing they can do is brag about it that it's broken, but the players will not report anything since they do not get paid for it - what do you expect someone like Deadmouse to do in this case? When I was developing patch 5.0 raids I got more than enough complains in my private messages daily about "how some mechanics should work", while in reality a lot of these players were clueless themselves and only wasted my time. So my point here is, if you got something and care for it to be fixed - provide information, otherwise nobody is going to look at it. If you don't care or you "don't get paid for it" then just stop complaining, it's pointless.
  19. So in your case it's 6 bosses where you can get runestones: - Durumu (25% + 0% = 25%) - Primordius (25% + 5% = 30%) - Dark Animus (25% + 10% = 35%) - Iron Qon (25% + 15% = 40%) - Twin Consorts (25% + 20% = 45%) - Lei Shen (Hardcoded 100%) So, the way it currently works, it's completely fine that you do not get more than 1 runestone. As you see bosses done in this order does not grant you even 50% chance to loot a runestone (we are not talking about end boss now of course). Question is of course about this, if it's meant to clear bad luck protection extra chance or not. It's not possible to check how it was on retail, so up to administration to decide how it should be
  20. Because in 5.2/5.3 it was a personal title. Only in 5.4 it became account wide. Read comments - https://www.wowhead.com/title=342/storms-end#comments
  21. And if I modify it can I consider myself as addon developer?
