Yes, it does procs frmo special attacks(skills), but it should not proc from other opportunity strikes, specially because those hits are instant.

Tested - 03/07/2015, FUN realm. Spellsteal + Glyph of Spellsteal Description of the bug - The spell "Spellsteal", when affected by the glyph that should heal for 5% of the mage's maximum HP everytime it steals a buff is healing for 5% but is not being affected by battle fatigue. How it should work - Should be affected by battle fatigue. Priority - 9/10, mages are abusing this with the evocation bug, and that makes matches when you have a healer against a mage/x long due to this bug. Proof -

I've reported someone a while ago because he had this bug on Gurubashi and it is not punishable.

This is not hacking, its cheating. Actually its a bug abuse, bannable for 30 days or so.

I am just saying, and I'm not supporting either side: It is not his fault that you're not accessing the forums, you have an account, you made the thread, that's more than enough for you to access the forum, it takes only ~~5 minutes for you to check your thread. But most people are not used to forums. Also, it is kinda of the server's fault, since the forum doesn't require any information for contact in-game(such as character names and etc), which leads to this problem, because most people are not used to forums, specially on private servers(stated above). Anyway, it is both of you's fault(server and the player), yet that does not give you the right to use such offensive language Also Bukarasik is the only person on the staff that seems to be in charge of supporting the players, so I'd say that it is not a good idea to insult him/her(even though, knowing his/her profissionality, she/he wouldn't care).

Hits for ~~17k(crit) on leather wearers(did not test on other classes because I don't have another class that has gear). The damage is indeed low, but it is proccing for more than 2 times(too bad I didn't print my combat log, but I had it showing that a warrior hit me for 4 times with opportunity strikes, 17k(crit), 17k(crit), ~~9k or so, 17k(crit), but I guess that it was luck that he got 3 crits in(almost) a row(since its done instantly).
