I don't hate anyone we just have orders from high ranked staff members. This is a different violation it has nothing to do with insulting staff and it was ban from an admin if I recall correctly. You got permanent ban by Zeox for breaking rule 2.16 as I know. Even I checked your accounts before a while through MCP and indeed you created more than 5 alt accounts while your main was banned so the punishment was fair and of course no one GM/admin wouldn't ban someone for no reason if the user didn't violate rules.

There is a rule which says that systematic and repeated violations of the forum rules will result in 7 days ban for game account. I think that permanent ban or mute for such violation is too much but if GM's ban pujo's in-game account for 7d I doubt that he will continue posting pointless threads. For now I just try to delete every pointless thread as soon as possible.

If you aren't in the same guild with your alt the mail will arrive after an hour.
