Fixed and already applied on x5. For groups which already defeated Twin Consorts - Lei Shen will complete the achievement so you can enter heroic difficulty next raid week

Check again. Added second missing NPC and was able to complete that quest. Like I said before, I returned everything like it was always on x100 (auto complete quest). Expect scenario scripts only after work on raid will be done (approximately end of next week)

Update: Since on x100 it was always auto complete quest, I'll add the missing NPC (on x100 only) in around 2 hours

But I bring good news - after morning restart https://www.db.pandawow.me?npc=68397/lei-shen will finally make his way in-game, which marks full implementation of normal mode difficulty. Waiting for your reports now and looking forward to open heroic next raid week

I can add it of course (checked and currently it's not in loot table at all on x5), but you won't be able to get Green Fire just yet. Green Fire Questline itself is scripted (was applied on x5 few days later after 5.2 launch), but final scenario is not fully finished - ​https://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=161449 Earliest scenario release we can talk about is right after I finish releasing Throne of Thunder Heroic Mode which will be next week

Did some more tests and I hope I have found the main problem. With 100% reproducibility bonus loot bugs when player has only 1 coin left, will throw hotfix for tomorrow, if someone still experiences this problem let me know here please
